He founded On Par Capital to focus on new business opportunities and help other entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

Managing Partner
Jennifer Schwartz is a second-generation healthcare entrepreneur. After a successful career as a Family Nurse Practitioner focusing on diabetes, infectious disease, and medical research, she transitioned to operations, marketing, and finance at a clinical research company. At On Par Capital, Jennifer oversees the finances of a portfolio company and is transitioning to focus on acquiring, and partnering in, new business opportunities.

Alexandra (Alex) Galvis is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in finance. She’s held positions in all functional areas of accounting, including controller, chief financial officer, and vice president of finance.
